What FullEnrich is and how Kite uses it
FullEnrich is a contact enrichment tool for B2B teams. You give it a person's name and company, and it returns their work email and mobile phone number. It gets there through what it calls waterfall enrichment: it asks many contact-data providers in turn until one of them has the answer, so one lookup covers far more people than any single database would. FullEnrich can also work backward from an email address to the person and company behind it, and it has a searchable database of people and companies.
An AI marketer uses FullEnrich for the moment when it knows who to contact but can't reach them yet. Kite does that through your connected account. It decides who belongs on the list, gets their contact details from FullEnrich, and then carries the finished list into your CRM, a spreadsheet, or the campaign it was built for.
Marketing jobs Kite can do with FullEnrich
Kite uses FullEnrich for three connected jobs: filling in contact details for people you've already chosen, identifying people who reached you first, and finding new people worth contacting. Each one ends with the contacts in use.
Find work emails and mobile numbers for your list
Kite fills in the missing work emails and mobile numbers on a list by sending the people to FullEnrich in bulk. Say Kite has just built a list of 180 operations leaders at mid-sized logistics companies, and its built-in research found work emails for most of them but not all. Kite sends the people without an email to FullEnrich, along with their company and LinkedIn profile, and collects the results when the job finishes.
Phone numbers follow the same route, and Kite asks for them where your team will use them. If your reps plan to call the top 25 accounts before a trade show, Kite requests mobile numbers for the people in that primary group and work emails for everyone else. When the results come back, Kite tells you in Slack how many people it can now reach by email, how many by phone, and who FullEnrich couldn't find.
Identify who is behind an email address
Kite uses FullEnrich's reverse email lookup to turn an email address into a full profile of the person and their company. This matters most for the people who come to you. A week of newsletter signups, webinar registrations, or free-trial accounts can leave you with a few hundred addresses and no idea which ones belong to buyers.
Kite sends those addresses to FullEnrich, work and personal alike, and gets back each person's name, role, and employer, plus details about the company. Then it scores each person from one to five against your ideal customer profile and explains the score. You might learn that the jordan.p@gmail.com who registered for Thursday's webinar is a VP of Finance at a 400-person software company that looks a lot like your best customers. Kite flags those people for your sales team and can add them to your CRM with the profile attached.
Search for new prospects in FullEnrich
Kite can search FullEnrich's people and company data to find prospects that match your ideal customer profile. Company searches filter by name, domain, industry, company type, headquarters location, headcount, and founding year. People searches filter by company, location, skills, job title, and seniority.
Kite builds those filters from what it already knows about your business. If you sell scheduling software to multi-location clinics, for example, Kite might search for clinic groups with 50 to 500 employees in the US, then look for practice managers and directors of operations at those companies. It sends the people it keeps to FullEnrich for their emails and phone numbers, scores them, and brings the ranked list back to Slack.
Put the contacts to work
Kite takes the finished contacts wherever your team needs them next. Once FullEnrich has supplied the emails and phone numbers, Kite can:
- Update your CRM. Kite creates or updates each contact in a connected CRM such as HubSpot, with the email and mobile number on the record and a note explaining why the person fits.
- Fill in a spreadsheet. Kite saves the list to a connected Google Sheet, one row per person, with their role, company, email, phone number, and score.
- Run an email campaign. Kite researches each person's company, writes a message for each one, and sends the campaign from your team's Kite address or a connected email product once you approve it. Afterward, it reports which messages were delivered, which failed, and who replied.
What Kite reads in FullEnrich
Information Kite can read
- Enrichment resultsThe work email and mobile phone number FullEnrich found for each person in a bulk job. Kite also reads each job's status, so it knows when the results are ready to collect.
- Reverse email lookup resultsThe person and company profile behind each email address Kite sent. Kite uses these to decide which signups and inbound contacts are worth your team's attention.
- People search resultsThe people who match a search by company, location, skills, job title, and seniority. Kite uses these to start a new prospect list.
- Company search resultsThe companies that match a search by industry, type, headquarters location, headcount, and founding year. Kite uses these to decide which accounts to look inside.
- Credit balanceThe credits left in your FullEnrich workspace. Kite checks the balance before a large job so you know whether the account covers the whole list.
How Kite connects to FullEnrich
Add an API key for your FullEnrich account. Kite uses the access granted to that key. FullEnrich isn't one of Kite's built-in sources, so you'll need your own account, and the enrichment jobs and lookups Kite runs draw on that account's credits.
Once FullEnrich is connected, you can start with the result you want, such as "find phone numbers for the primary accounts on our trade show list and add them to HubSpot." Kite proposes who it will enrich and where the results will go, and it starts once you confirm.
How-to guides using FullEnrich
- How to enrich Apollo prospects with FullEnrich Coming soon Kite uses Apollo to find companies and people that match your ideal customer profile, then sends the prospects to FullEnrich for work emails and mobile numbers, so the qualified list arrives ready for outreach.
- How to fill in missing contact details with FullEnrich Coming soon When you already have the right people but not their emails or phone numbers, Kite runs the list through FullEnrich and returns it with the gaps filled and the people it couldn't find marked.
Where FullEnrich fits in Kite's marketing work
FullEnrich supplies the contact details that make a qualified list usable. Kite decides which companies and people belong on the list and scores them, using its built-in research or a FullEnrich search. FullEnrich then provides the emails and phone numbers your team needs to reach them.
FullEnrich fills the contact gaps in records you already have. Kite sends the people missing an email or phone number to FullEnrich, and it uses the reverse email lookup to add the name, role, and company to records that only have an address.
When you have hundreds of names and companies and need a work email for each one, Kite runs the whole list through FullEnrich in bulk jobs and returns it with the addresses filled in.
Common questions
Do I need FullEnrich if Kite already includes Apollo?
No. Kite finds work emails with its built-in sources, and you don't need any extra account for that. Connecting FullEnrich makes sense when your team already pays for it, when you want mobile numbers for reps to call, or when you want a second search for the people Kite's built-in sources didn't find.
What does Kite need to look someone up in FullEnrich?
Kite needs the person's first and last name plus their company name or domain, or their LinkedIn profile URL. When your list only has some of that, Kite fills in the rest from its own research first. For a reverse lookup, an email address is enough.
How do FullEnrich credits work when Kite uses them?
Kite's FullEnrich work runs on your account's credits, which FullEnrich sets according to your plan. FullEnrich charges for the contact details it finds rather than for every lookup it tries, and a mobile number costs more credits than an email. So a person FullEnrich can't find doesn't use up your balance.
