Your next customers are out there. I find the ones that fit.

I build a ranked list of companies and contacts that match your best customers, with the event that makes each one worth contacting this week.

What I do. I find the companies and people worth contacting.

  1. Match your best customers

I start from your customer profile and find companies by industry, size, location, funding and the tools they use.

  2. Find the right people

Names, current roles, verified work emails and LinkedIn profiles for the people your offer is for.

  3. Spot a reason to reach out

Funding rounds, new leaders and hiring pushes, each with its date and a link to the source.

  4. Find buyers asking for help

I search Reddit, X, Hacker News and the open web for people describing the problem you solve.

From your customer profile to a list you can act on.

1 · Your customer profile
Who buys from Ironbark wholesale
  • Restaurant groups and cooking schools.
  • Several kitchens, or opening one soon.
  • The buyer is the head chef or operations lead.
2 · The lead I bring
A restaurant group opening a new location
  • Event: new location announced, linked to the source.
  • Contact: head of operations, with a verified email.
  • A fit score with a written reason.
  • The profile comes from what I learned about your business.
  • Every reason to reach out is dated and linked.
  • Each lead says why it made the list.

Ironbark Cookware is an example business.

How it starts. Three steps to your first result.

  1. 1Connect your tools

  2. 2Tell me the goal

    Describe who you want

A campaign goal is enough. I propose the audience and the criteria, and you adjust them.

  3. 3Approve the work

    Review the list

The strongest leads come first, each with contact details and the reason it made the cut.

Questions. Before you start.

Do I need my own Apollo account?

No. Apollo is part of the data built into Kite, along with Crustdata and PredictLeads.

Can you start from a list I already have?

Yes. I assess the companies and people on it, fill in the missing details and score each one against your customer profile.

Can I ask for a specific number of leads?

Yes. Tell me how many companies or contacts you want, and I build the list around that number, strongest leads first.

What if few companies had a recent event?

I give you the shorter list and say which filters held it back, so every account on it is worth your time.

Can I work with you in Slack?

Yes. You can work with me at kite.ai in your browser, on desktop or phone, or in any channel of your own Slack.
