See what competitors run

Your competitors already tested their ads. I show you what they kept.

I pull their ads from Meta, Google and LinkedIn, the keywords they pay for and the pages behind them, then turn it into your first campaign.

What I do. I study the ads your market pays for.

  1. Pull every competitor's ads

From the Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad libraries, each with its copy, start date and landing page.

  2. Rank what they keep running

An ad that runs for months is one they keep paying for, so those come first, grouped by the promise they make.

  3. Find the keywords they pay for

The Google searches they bid on, how many people search each one and what a click costs.

  4. Turn it into your campaign

I compare their angles with your positioning and make the copy, images and landing page for your team to launch.

From their ads to your angle.

1 · What competitors run
The cast iron market on Meta
  • Most of the longest-running ads promise a warranty.
  • Two competitors lead with price.
  • Every ad leaves out where the iron is cast.
2 · What I suggest
Ironbark’s first campaign angle
  • Lead with the foundry story, which nobody uses.
  • Keep the warranty as proof under the headline.
  • A landing page that repeats the ad, word for word.
  • Run length is the closest thing an ad library has to a performance signal.
  • The gap in the market becomes your angle.
  • Every ad gets a page that keeps its promise.

Ironbark Cookware is an example business.

I read competitors' ads from the public ad libraries and my built-in ad research, and keyword prices from my search data. Every record links to the ad, so you can check it.

Questions. Before you start.

Can you tell me how much my competitors spend on ads?

Ad libraries publish no spend, impressions or clicks for commercial ads, so I show how long each ad has run, which is the closest public signal. For Google search, I estimate each competitor’s monthly budget from the keywords it bids on.

Can I see exactly what they bid on each keyword?

Only Google and the advertiser know exact bids. I show where their ads appear and the typical cost per click for each keyword, which is what you need to set a budget.

Do you launch the campaign too?

I plan the campaign and make the copy, images, video and landing page. Your team launches it from your own ad account.

What if a competitor seems to run no ads?

The library may not have collected the brand yet, or the ads may run under another page. I tell you which advertisers and libraries I checked, so you know what was covered.

Can I work with you in Slack?

Yes. You can work with me at kite.ai in your browser, on desktop or phone, or in any channel of your own Slack.
