Turn customers into stories

Your customers already told you their story. I write it up.

I find the wins in your calls and Slack threads, draft each case study from the customer's own words, and write the approval email for you to send.

What I do. I turn customer wins into proof you can publish.

  1. Find the wins worth telling

I look through your calls, Slack threads and client reports for customers describing a specific result.

  2. Draft from the customer's words

The customer is the main character, every claim is tied to its source, and anything inferred is marked.

  3. Make approval easy

I write the email asking the customer to approve, listing each quote and figure they need to check.

  4. Publish it and reuse it

Once approved, I publish it on your site and turn it into posts, emails and proof for your landing pages.

From the customer's words to a story you can publish.

1 · What the customer said
On a sales call with Ironbark
  • “Every one of our kitchens cooks on the same skillet now.”
  • “The chefs stopped fighting over the good pan.”
  • Mentioned that a warranty claim was handled in a day.
2 · The draft I write
How a restaurant group put every kitchen on one skillet
  • Quotes used as said, each linked to the call.
  • One inferred line, marked for the customer to confirm.
  • An approval email that lists every quote.
  • I start from moments where the customer names a result.
  • Every claim traces back to where it was said.
  • The customer checks exactly what will be published.

Ironbark Cookware is an example business.

I read your recorded calls in Fathom and the threads where your team shares wins in Slack. You can also paste a transcript or client report straight into the conversation.

How it starts. Three steps to your first result.

  1. 1Connect your tools

    Connects to your tools

Connect Fathom and Slack so I can find the wins, and your site so I can publish the approved story.

  2. 2Tell me the goal

    Point me to a win

Name a customer, share a call, or ask me to find the candidates.

  3. 3Approve the work

Review the draft, then send it

You get the draft and the customer approval email together. I publish once the customer says yes.

Questions. Before you start.

What if the customer would rather stay unnamed?

I write an anonymized version that describes them by industry, size or role, so you can still use the win.

Do you interview the customer?

I start from what the customer already said in calls and threads, which often covers most of the story. When something is missing, I write the few questions worth asking them.

What should a case study include?

Who the customer is, what they were trying to do, what stood in the way, why they chose you, what changed, and a quote in their own words.

Can an agency use this for its clients?

Yes. I turn the monthly reports you send clients into case studies about the results you delivered, with a separate Kite team for each client.

Can I work with you in Slack?

Yes. You can work with me at kite.ai in your browser, on desktop or phone, or in any channel of your own Slack.
